Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated after successful inspection of the returned product, or immediately for order cancellations made before shipment.

Refund Timelines

Once approved, refund processing time depends on your original payment method:

• UPI transfers: 2–5 business days
• Bank/NEFT transfers: 3–7 business days
• Debit/credit card refunds: 5–10 business days
• Wallet refunds: as per the respective wallet provider's timeline

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable. However, if you received an incorrect, damaged or defective product, we will also refund the shipping charges paid.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI after you share your bank details.
